[ We are ]

■

Two friends.

With a shared love for activity, movement and endorphins. We bring good people together in a beautiful place. We make room for what matters most - human connection, movement, the outdoors. Put them together and let the rest happen.

That's the thing. DoTheThing with us.

[ Colm ]

Colm

Head of Experience

Whether in legal, tech or wellness, Colm has spent his whole working life doing one thing: bringing people together to pull off something bigger than they'd manage alone. In wellness, he learned how community gets built, managing events at iconic venues such as Fabric nightclub in London. He holds the logistics tightly so everyone else can relax into the experience.

Then there's the snow. Colm has chased winters across the Himalayas, the American and Canadian Rockies, the French, Austrian and Italian Alps, and the Southern Alps of New Zealand. He's an ex-GB Snowboard Cross athlete, which is how he met Malcolm, and he's since traded the start gate for getting other people hooked on that snow sliding feeling.

He's spent two decades making rooms full of people feel like they belong, and he brings exactly that to the mountain. You'll leave with new tricks in the bag, friends who get you, and a reason to come back next winter.

He's a reformed city-dweller who swapped the commute for mountain life, an outdoor seeker most at home when the pavement runs out.

He's on a mission to put the phone down and do real things, and to help others do the same.

Malcolm

Head of Coaching

Our Head Coach Malcolm has a decade of experience coaching young athletes to the top of their game.

He's coached national teams and nurtured individual athletes from more countries than most people ride in a lifetime.

Unlike many, he hasn’t been restricted to one discipline. His eye and understanding of body mechanics means he has built performance pathways for both freestyle skiers and snowboarders. And the results speak for themselves. Youth Olympic gold, junior freeride world champions in both ski and snowboard. Malcolm’s alumni include multiple World Cup and Olympic athletes.

Here's the part that matters for you: none of that stays locked up for the pros. Malcolm brings that thinking to your week, whether you're chasing your first clean turn or your first proper spin. He hands it all over. Everything he's learned building riders at the very top, pointed squarely at wherever you are right now.

Off the snow, he's an aspiring surfer, mountain biker and pianist, three things he's cheerfully, determinedly still not very good at, which tells you everything about how he thinks about learning.

A reformed smartphone user. He has put the phone down, and now he does the thing.

We are here for those addicted to the learning curve. For those who want more than a holiday. More than a lift pass.

Manifesto

We believe life is better when you DoTheThing. The thing that scares you a little. The thing you've been meaning to try. The thing that gets you outside, moving, and reminds you what you're capable of.

We're here for people who are addicted to the learning curve, the ones who know that growth rarely happens in comfort, and that the best stories start with saying yes. We believe progress isn't measured only in turns or tricks, but in confidence, friendships, laughter, and waking up excited to do it all again.

We created DoTheThing because the world doesn't need more screen time. It needs more fresh air, movement, and shared experiences. Today, that might be on a snowboard. Tomorrow, it might be on a bike, or a surfboard, or a mountain trail.

The activity isn't the point. Showing up is.

Put the phone down. Do The Thing.
